Service

Monitoring.

Somebody checks. On a schedule you set, with a record you can show an insurer.

What you get

In every booking

  1. 01

    Scheduled checks

Nightly, weekly or to a pattern you choose — doors, windows, gates, lights.

  2. 02

    Vacant and renovation property

The cases insurers ask about, covered properly.

  3. 03

    Business after hours

Offices, warehouses and retail once the staff have gone home.

  4. 04

    A standing order

Written instructions for what we check and who we call, agreed with you.

  5. 05

    Escalation

Your contact list, in order, and police when the situation calls for it.

  6. 06

    A log per visit

Time on, time off, what was found. Monthly summary on request.

How a booking runs

Three steps, one lead

  1. 01

    Walk the property

We see what there is to protect and where the weak points are.

  2. 02

    Agree the schedule

How often, what gets checked, who gets called and when.

  3. 03

    We check it

Logged every visit, with photographs when something has changed.

Who it is for

  • Construction and renovation sites
  • Offices, warehouses and retail after hours
  • Condo boards and property managers

Questions

Asked about monitoring

More answers

Is this alarm monitoring?
It is physical checks by a licensed officer, and support alongside whatever alarm system you already have. We attend; we do not replace your alarm provider's central station.
How often do you attend?
As often as you want it — from one check a night to a pattern across a week.
What do we get after each visit?
A log entry with times and findings, and photographs when something has changed.

Tell us the night.

Date, place and headcount is enough to start. You get a written number and a named lead, usually the same day.
