Meet us

Who turns up.

Licensed officers who plan the night, talk first, and write it up before they leave.

The product is a night where nothing happened. That takes people who plan for the worst, talk before they touch, and behave the same whether or not anyone is watching.

The two owners of Swarm Protective Services in black tactical vests with the Swarm emblem.

The owners

First on the floor

Swarm was founded by Nigel Wright, CEO & Founder. The owners still work details themselves, and they are the first names on every standing order we write.

The person who quotes your night is the person who answers for it.

Why Swarm

The standard our people are held to

  1. 01

    Licensed, every one of them

PSISA licence checked before a shift is assigned. The agency is licensed, $5M insured and WSIB covered.

  2. 02

Trained to end it, not start it

De-escalation first: position, distance, tone. Hands are the last resort and the report says why.

  3. 03

    The owners work the floor

You meet the people who turn up. The same crew comes back, so your room is learned, not guessed.

  4. 04

    Written up before we leave

An incident report lands before the shift ends — times, people, actions. It is what answers a claim months later.

Crew names and photographs go in as each officer agrees to be shown.

Tell us the night.

Date, venue and headcount is enough to start. You get a written number and a named lead, usually the same day.
