What we do

Six ways we cover you

Pick one: what you get, how it runs, who it is for.

The two owners of Swarm Protective Services in black tactical vests with the Swarm emblem.

Who turns up

Run by the people on the floor

Founded by Nigel Wright. The owners still work details themselves, and they are the first names on every standing order we write.

  • Licensed, every one of them

PSISA licence checked before a shift is assigned. The agency is licensed, $5M insured and WSIB covered.

  • Trained to end it, not start it

De-escalation first: position, distance, tone. Hands are the last resort and the report says why.

  • The owners work the floor

You meet the people who turn up. The same crew comes back, so your room is learned, not guessed.

  • Written up before we leave

An incident report lands before the shift ends — times, people, actions. It is what answers a claim months later.
